I'm 5'6" and 128 pounds.
I used to be 125..and I want to get back there.
But it's like no matter what I do..I stay here.
What can I do to get back to 125 and stay there?

I do:
- 20 minutes of aerobics daily
- stationery bike (sometimes everyday) about 10-20 minutes
- 200-300 side crunches daily

Thanks!

I don't think that is overweight, as you get older you will gradually put on a few pounds that's normal just continue what you are doing, and eat healthy and you will maintain that weight.

At 5'6'', I'd say 128 is a great weight. Don't allow yourself to get sucked in by Hollywood and fashion mags standards, because those women never eat a thing, I can assure you. This is not only unhealthy, but it's unrealistic. The best way to tell if you're "overweight" is to get tests done- find out your BMI (body mass index), fat percentage, etc. I've never really understood how you can tell if you have a small, medium or large frame that those weights charts go by, but for 5'6'', you're pretty much in the right range. As long as you feel healthy on the inside, don't pressure yourself. You're already exercising at least 60-90 minutes a day, which is well above the average for keeping healthy. Stationary biking will increase your leg muscle, so perhaps that 3 pound gain is muscle (which weighs more than fat). Don't go by the scale, go by how you look and feel. Nothing is sexier than a women with SOME meat on her bones and the confidence to strut it.

well, at 128 it certainly doesn't sound like you need to lose weight, but if it really bothers you:
1 pound = about 3,500 calories
so, you need to burn 10,500 more calories than you consume to take off the 3 pounds.
adding 10 more mins of aerobics everyday would probably help a bit, but it's more likely that you need to adjust what you're eating.
in addition to that, you could keep a journal of what you eat for a week and then see if there are lower calorie choices you could make

The weight of a few pounds does not indicate a lack of health. Muscle weighs more than fat and so does water. If you really do all that exersize I am sure your body is in great condition and you have on average more muscle and more fluid volume than most people. Stop worrying about those three pounds and be over-joyed that you are such a machine that you can do all that activity.

I don't think that's overweight. Don't get hung up over having put on 3 pounds. If you do all that exercise you have probably created muscle out of fat and muscle is heavier so although you are more toned it can increase your weight. Eat healthy and drink plenty water. Good luck!

Your probably sexy then if you really do all that excercise.

Guy's arn't concerned with weight as much as we are concerned with not hearing "am i fat?" Seriously ladies we don't want someone who is insecure about their weight it doesn't matter that much, I'd rather just be with a girl who was happy with herself (not in a conceited way) I'd take a girl of healthy weight who didn't worry so much about her weight and worked out a little to compensate over an anorexic super model skinny girl anyday.

that's not been overweight
the older you get your body changing so that might be one of the changes it took
now if you wore talking about gain like 50 or 60 pounds now thats over weight for what you use to be

so don't exaggerate for only 3 pounds

No way! you're definitely not fat!!! That gives you a body mass index of 20.7, which is in the normal range. Your weight before, 125, was still in the normal range of 18.5-24.9. Just keep what you're doing and eating sensibly and there'll be no problems.

your definitely NOT over weight... in fact that's about the perfect weight for your height... if you feel that losing 3 lbs. is going to make you feel better than decrease the amount of calories you eat in a day and if you don't exercise already do a little walking

Hey, this is not overwiehgt. you are doing a lot of exercises that tone your body, hence making fat into mucsle. muscle weighs more than fat. this is the reason why i think the scale is deceiving. honestly, just feel good about your awesome accomplishments, and i'm sure you look super hot. keep up the good work, and good luck.
