A drunk man in an Oldsmobile

They said had run the light

That caused the six-car pileup

On 109 that night.

When broken bodies lay about

"And blood was everywhere,"

"The sirens screamed out eulogies,"

For death was in the air.

"A mother, trapped inside her car,"

Was heard above the noise;

Her plaintive plea near split the air:

"Oh, God, please spare my boys!"

She fought to loose her pinned hands;

"She struggled to get free,"

But mangled metal held her fast

In grim captivity.

Her frightened eyes then focused

"On where the back seat once had been,"

But all she saw was broken glass and

Two children's seats crus hed in.

Her twins were nowhere to be seen;

"She did not hear them cry, "

"And then she prayed they'd been thrown free, "

"Oh, God, don't let them die! "

Then firemen came and cut her loose, "

"But when they searched the back, "

"They found therein no little boys, "

But the seat belts were intact.

They thought the woman had gone mad

"And was traveling alone, "

"But when they turned to question her, "

They discovered she was gone.

Policemen saw her running wild

And screaming above the noise

"In beseeching supplication, "

Please help me find my boys!

They're four years old and wear blue shirts;

"Their jeans are blue to match.""

"One cop spoke up, ""They're in my car, "

And they don't have a scratch.

They said their daddy put them there

"And gave them each a cone, "

Then told them both to wait for Mom

To come and take th em home.

"I've searched the area high and low, "

But I can't find their dad.

"He must have fled the scene, "

"I guess, and that is very bad."

"The mother hugged the twins and said, "

"While wiping at a tear, "

"He could not flee the scene, you see, "

"For he's been dead a year."

"The cop just looked confused and asked, "

"Now, how can that be true? "

"The boys said, ""Mommy, Daddy came "

"And left a kiss for you."" "

He told us not to worry

"And that you would be all right, "

And then he put us in this car with

"The pretty, flashing light. "

"We wanted him to stay with us, "

"Because we miss him so, "

"But Mommy, he just hugged us tight "

And said he had to go.

He said someday we'd understand

"And told us not to fuss, "

"And he said to tell you, Mommy, "

"He's watching over us."

The mother knew without a doubt

"That what they spoke was true, "

"For she recalled their dad's last words, " " I will watch over you."

The firemen's notes could not explain

"The twisted, mangled car, "

And how the three of them escaped

Without a single scar.

"But on the cop's report was scribed, "

"In print so very fine, "

An angel walked the beat tonight on Highway 109.

I am getting a head ache everyday since taking the pill about 4 or so hours after I take it. It is the worse head ache I've ever had. I also feel like I am going to PUKE! Excedrin seemed to help a bit, and all I have in the house right now is TUMS for my stomach. I do not want to mix a million different medications in my system. But I also do not want to feel like I am going to puke all day at work. I am assuming this is from the pill. During my period I didn't have that bad a stomach ache.. but now that my period is over.. it seems like it's gotten worse! I want to wait a few days before I talk to the doctor because this may just be my body reacting to my first time taking birth control pills. Can anyone give me tips on how to feel better?? The pill I am taking is Levlen.. I'd like any feedback on that pill too. THANKS!!

Hi, my parents are South Americans, so i'm latino/hispanic, but was born and raised in England... My hair is naturally dark brown/black, I have dark brown eyes and tanned coloured skin...I was wondering if someone could tell me by judging on my colouring and the country i was brought up in, if I will burn by using tanning oil with a low spf, when i go away on holiday in the summer... I have never used oil before, always spf 15 lotion. I've never been sun burnt yet, but do you think there's a chance I could this summer?

I HATE:

Eggs, the thought of someone actually eating them disgusts me it's so disgusting. I would put some in my enemies car and let it rot there and he won't even notice it.. Ha.. Ha.. Ha..

Christmas, it sucks. I do know the real meaning but it sucks anyway.

Chinese New Year, that means all the Chinese or Vietnamese people get to have a day off school or work.

Violence, it's just not the answer.

Cursing, it isn't my thing and i wouldn't use it or if i would i would hate myself for that for the rest of the day.

People, some people, not every person in the world, just some who don't really deserve to live. People who basically think they are all that and that they are better than you even when they haven't even tried you.

Men.. SOME men.. See the SOME in capitals? Don't assume that im talking about you, alright? I hope i didn't offend anyone, i hate feeling that way about SOME. The reason im like this is because the SOME force me to feel this way.

i recently got a new motherbord and once i set it all up i relised it was only detecting 1 of my 512mb ddr ram (i have 2). i have tested them both they work fine on their own both the sockets on my motherbord work fine and the motherbords capacity is 3gb? so dose any one know why my comp only detects one of them when i put in both??
