Above are some good ideas. Only thing I can add is; How many RAM slots you have? On my MOBO there are 4. Two are Blue and Two are White and they NOT side by side. The RAM has to be Plugged into Both the Blues first and then the Whites to work properly. So, you may need to be sure of Primary and Secondary Slots. Go to the MOBO Support and read or if you have the manual it say in there about installing RAM, also the support will have a PDF file manual most times.

Ensure you are using the proper type of RAM for the motherboard and that the RAM matches and aren't mixed types. If that is good, it's time to contact the motherboard manufacturer to see if there are any BIOS updates or troubleshooting procedures you can run.

That's the best place I can tell you to start looking.

Good luck.

Hopefully your RAM is still under warranty. I would be inclined to replace at least one if not both of the RAM sims. One is definitely the wrong type
