Sweetie, my favorite sandwich now.
Two slices of french bread
Mozzarella,and parmesan cheeses
Tomato(preferrably fresh from the garden)
Salt,and pepper
and any fresh herbs you have on hand
Take your bread and butter one side,layer mozzarella,parmesanNext,layer tomato,salt and pepper,and herbs(in that order to flavor the tomato more less).Grill on a griddle pan or in a skillet.Yum,Grilled Cheese,My kind of grilled cheese.Yum.Yours sounds pretty good as well might actually try to make it.Have a good day hun,good luck!!

Squishy white bread, mayo, left-over roast chicken breast (from the night before, sliced fairly thickly), a leaf or two of iceberg lettuce (from the center of the lettuce--the crunchier the better!) with a little kosher salt. YUM!

My favorite sandwich personally, is a gyro with feta cheese and anchovies on it. Yeah it sounds totally gross but that was my favorite meal of choice when i was pregnant. I like all sandwiches (actually i just love food period) but each one must have a ton of cheese on it. I'm a major cheese fanatic!
