please forgive the arrogant answers let me give you a beter answer as to why Christ was a man. Christ had to fullfill all prophocys and be a sacrifice for all. A sacrificial lamb had to be two things One a male lamb and a virgin this is also why he also had no kids.

If you study history at all, you know that Jesus was a man. You may as well ask how do we know that Augustus Caesar or Julius were men.
Jesus was a historical being. I am totally non-religious. I do not believe that Jesus was any more of a God than the other people who lived in his day, but there's no question about his existance,
If we refuse to believe historical fact, billions of books and trillions of hours of digging, studying, researching should all be disgarded.
History of natural nature can be believed. Supernatural stories, are just religious belief.

That question has been asked by many. And people are free to believe as they wish.

Personally, I believe Jesus was a man because the Bible says He was. Jesus is the Son of God who became Man. His earthly mother was Mary. His earthly father was Joseph.

That is a silly question. There has never, as far as I have known or read been any indication that the person Jesus was a woman. The question "what if" does not find itself in intellectual debate too often. There is no virtue or merit to such a question.

Luke 2:21 says, "... his name was called Jesus the name given by the angle before he was conceived in the womb." since the bible is Gods word and since God can not lie, the bible must be true, so this verse must be true that in fact Jesus was a man.
