I have desktop computer, running Windows XP, with Norton Anti Virus Security. Auto-protect is enabled as it has always been.

For some reason, I can't receive file transfers when I'm in ICQ anymore. I recently moved to Europe, and am on high speed connection here, same as back in the States. What can I check to permit ICQ file transfers?

If emf is positive that means the reaction is endothermic. But wouldn't it be more natural if the reaction is feasible when emf value is -ve(exothermic) ? I mean, isn't it easier to release energy than to absorb energy...

This year I had to pay my old university back for the classes I took because I transfered to a new university. I could not get my transcipts sent to the new school until I sent them payment in full. I was unable to get a loan to pay for this so I cashed in some savings bonds and withdrew some money from my 401k. Is there anyway to off-set the penalties and interest that I encured since this was a school debt? I do have additional expenses for my new school already listed. Thanks!

i'm in 8th grade, and for music, i'm in this class called Concert Band. I was new, so i had no idea that when i signed up for Concert Band, i would be playing with sixth graders and seventh graders that had only just started playing their instruments. There was another class called "Wind Ensemble" but i didnt sign up for that because it said "teacher recommendation required" and being new, of course i didnt have anything like that, so i didnt sign up.
but i've been playing clarinet for four yrs, and the others around me has just started.
our first christmas concert is today, and we're literally playing Hot Cross Buns and the major scales. It's just really embarassing and humiliating, because there are going to be friends and family watching..... and plus, the Wind Ensemble people (8th graders, my friends) are going to play in the concert too, and they are going to laugh at us.

I am naturally blonde. I went to a dark auburn red color about 2 and 1/2 years ago and had to dye it seriously every month or it would fade to orange. My hair is getting split ends and I have wanted to grow it out but it is impossible while I dye it, since I have to cut it so often.

I am now flirting with the idea of dyeing it back to blonde so I can let it grow out to my natural, healthy, untouched hair.. all the while trimming off the dead ends of corse.

1 - How many processes do you think it will probably take?
2- How badly will it damage my hair?
3- Will my hair ever go back to what it used to be?
4- What would you reccommend I do?
