I'm not crabby in the morning. I'm mostly sleep walking lol. When I do get a good night sleep mostly on the weekends, I wake up very happy and playful. I take charge and can't wait to conquer the day ahead.

I never sleep enough at night but if I get 4 hrs or more I'm OK.
I have to be on the ball from 5:30 am cause that's when all the big questions get thrown around at work so I can't afford to be short or crabby.
Besides I like being jovial early and annoying the non morningers :)

No, I love the mornings. I look forward to eating breakfast cuz I have a lot of good breakfast stuff at my house like Berry Burst Cherrios, yogurt, raspberry jelly for my toast, fruit, orange juice, coffee. So it really helps me get out of bed in the morning. Plus I feel more accomplished when I get up in the morning-I usually work the morning shift at my work which requires me to be at work at 6:30 so I have gotten used to it.

Nope... I laugh, I sing... I have people at work question my sanity... It's truly NOT a matter of being a morning person... I'd rather stay in bed! However... I am too groggy to be mentally alert and totally aware, so I just do what I enjoy.

i ponder whether there's a scientific clarification for her behaviour.this is well worth consulting your loved ones well being care provider to work out if this could be a sympom of something greater severe. or in line with possibility she keeps to be up previous due into the evening, and in no way fairly gets sufficient sleep. or in line with possibility she's sound asleep in and laid low with caffeine withdrawal, a simple occurence linked with protecting ordinary hours. the appropriate would be to be sure she keeps customary hours ie is going to mattress at a lifelike time and gets a solid 8 or 9 hours sleep or much greater, if that's what she desires. this would choose you to bypass to mattress on the comparable time, and inspire her to maintain to a healthful recurring.you would be best to adhere to greater or less the comparable recurring on the weekends. regrettably, except she admits to having a situation there is in all probability little to be accomplished, except you are able to check along with her approximately it (gently) whilst she's having a uncommon good 2nd and get her to seek for help. good success.

i am a morning person, BUT i do NOT like Judie when she comes over or calls and talks so loud my neighbors can hear every word she says. God intended only birds to sing before 10 am. if you speak in an almost whisper you may sit on my front porch w/ me and have coffee.
