I have started running everyday about one hour. is this enough to get rid of the fat or is there a certain type of diet that women with apple shapes should follow?

I have read alot about people losing weight and i've seen alot of before and after photos. Anyway one in particular is a people magazine had a list of about 10 people that lost alot of weight, it listed the exact diet and exercise they did to achieve there new bodies. My husband and i both noticed that all the people that did weight training had more tone bellies than the others that ran or walked. Don't get me wrong the running will definately make you lose fat. I would try adding the body for life or something like that . My mom and sister have tiny legs and arms but they have what we call the teady bear tummy.Haha My mom did body for life and it change her completely.

keep on with it. Toss in some go preparation, swimming, different cardio. make positive your nutrition plan is healthful and balanced. like the guy above me stated, you've already finished the hardest section, getting began. develop some weights, that could also help burn the fat. Take a chisel or toning type in case you merely like the team ingredient. you're def on the right music!!! sturdy luck!

You should try doing some other exercises with running. I would advice u to try crunches. 4 sets(10times in each)
