I have started running everyday about one hour. is this enough to get rid of the fat or is there a certain type of diet that women with apple shapes should follow?

running an hour a day will soon get rid of unwanted fat ! keep it up

I think that running is a terrible choice.
You don't have the muscles to support running. You will hurt your joints eventually.
The best way to correct the apple shape is to build muscle. Resistence training. Weights. And walking, a lot.
Then, avoid white flour & sugar, and alcohol.

You didn't get to be an apple overnight, and it won't change overnight.. but you can effect change. You need bigger muscles and less sugar (in all it's forms). Congrats on getting going on this!

your best bet is to do some sit up's crunches for the stomach don't drink beer and drink water there should be postive results
