I purchased two money orders on 03/01/2007. One for Chevron credit bank and the other one for Sprint pcs. I mailed both of them at the post office on 03/02/2007 aound 9a.m. I logged onto my Chevron account and they received my payment on 03/05/2007 (Concord, CA). Sprint on the other hand hasnt posted yet. It was sent to Dallas, TX. I cant believe 7 days later and no payment.

I called Sprint this morning and asked how long does it takes and the rep told me 7-10 days. I told her if my money order wasnt there by my due date of 03/12/2007 I was going to pay online and report the money order stolen. I have a gut feeling they are holding my payment to add late charges, but NOT Im too smart for that, I'll just pay online when the 12th gets here.

The reason I sent a money order is because I am trying despartely to get my credit cards down.

Me and my mate Dave are thinking of joining a religion this summer. The thing is, each religion swares blindly that theirs is the righteous one. This clearly presents Dave and I with the dilemma of which to choose. I mean, they all certainly offer an enriched life for their followers, a moral framework from which to live by and guaranteed access to paradise which is desirable. So what do we do? We've tried everything from reading books to talking to people, goodness, we've even tried 'following our hearts' but we're still at a loss. So, which religion offers the best value for money? Or should we just forget the whole thing?

Last week, I posted a question here about me can't stop thinking about suicide.....and I tried it once 10 years ago when I was 14.

Then, I started recalling all the details, my repressed memories....I had a friend killed herself when we were 17, well, not exactly "friend", but a lover......I'm not sure if we were homosexuals, even if we were, it wasn't what killed her, I'm pretty sure coz people here don't discriminate homosexuals. Any way, After her suicide, I went to the crematorium, watched her became ashes. Then I went to college and never thought of her any more, not even in dreams. but last year, I suddenly dreamt of her, dreamt of her sitting with me, talking about our future like we did when we were children. Then I woke up, cried.

Why? Why she died and I lived?....Why my repressed memories woke up again after 6 years?..I felt empty, nobody knows me this much as her did, not in the past, not now, and never will.

This is not a joke.

I work in central London. I just went outside for a cigarette, and a parade of Umpa Lumpas just walked past me. They weren't singing or anything, just walking down the street.

Really, orange skin, green hair, the lot. What's that all about?

My wife and son visited a Harley dealer the other day that didn't have any in stock. The dealer said that they were a piece of crap and didn't recommend them. Could it be that he just wanted to try to sell them a more expensive bike? Or is the dealer being honest?

I'm a yellow belt, and there's this black belt 2nd Dan named Roy. When we were sparring, I raised my leg to kick him, and he blocked it and moved in to punch my solar plexus. Before I realised I was winded, he kicked me (lightly) in the side of the head. He moved so fast I couldn't even register how to defend myself before I was getting pummeled.

Although Taekwondo is a non-contact sport, and it isn't the greatest martial arts out there, Roy's pretty much mastered it. He's fast and strong enough to kick my *** regardless of TKD's reputation. I don't want to hear about unfair pairings between the belts, I just want to know if there's someone I can improve enough to outspar the guy. Will I ever be able to defend myself against him? How?

Pepsi proceeded to build factories in many of the former Soviet states way before it's great rival, Coca-Cola Company got on the market there.
So, when Coca-Cola opened their first factory in Georgia, the company decided to promote it as much as they could. Thus they proceeded to invite Eduard Shevarnadze, the president of the country for the celebration, and he agreed to be there.

The great day came, the first bottle of Coke was about to roll off from the assembly line, the president of the country, the national TV channel's cameras and reporters were all there.

The first bottle arrives, they open it, and hand it to Mr. Shevarnadze. He picks it up, sips some, with the whole country watching, and with a smile which cheers the heart of Coke's marketing manager he says "Great taste ... just like Pepsi!"
