i went from a the small side of 34B to the large side of 34D when i went on microgynon 30. it gave me terrible mood swings though so i switched to a lower dose pill, and shrunk to a 34C. now off the pill, i'm back to 34B.

Yes it can make a difference, it depends on the type of the pill and the level of hormones. I took Microgynon for years, and only made a tiny bit of difference. But other brands I've taken have made a huge difference (eg Synphasic and Diane).

ok, unless you really love your husband and suffer with bigger boobs. having bigger boobs especially double dd, your back hurts and your boobs are going to be prtty heavy... also pills don't work and they come with alot of side effects... hope i answered your question.. =)

In some people the side effect is weight gain. I've gone up a cup size since I started. Not all bad.

It can be a side affect, depending on the hormonal balance and the brand, and the person. It's kinda touch and go, don't count on it happening.

One of the very occasional side effects of the pill can be breast enlargement.
