We just bought a baby ball python about a month ago, and almost a week ago we went to get her checked by a reptile specialist and to get her food, and she looked like she was about to shed. Her color got very dull and her eyes were covered. The specialist said that she might not eat becaue she was about to shed but to try anyways. She ate just fine, but you could tell she couldn't really see. Well, that was almost a week ago, and she STILL hasn't shed. We tried giving her a "bath" in warm water to help, but it hasn't. She is usually outside of her "hut" and on the warm side, but the past week, she has just stayed in there. I'm not sure if she's been out once! I thought that maybe she stayed in there because she couldn't see and felt safe, but i've never had a Ball Python before and i know nothing about the whole shedding process. She does have a water dish to help shed, but i don't know if this is normal, or if something's wrong. Any help??
