For the past couple of months I have been recieving e-mails that are not mine. In the "To" line, there is another e-mail address, not mine. All the messages are spam but they get through the junk mail filter and end up in my inbox. Is there any way to stop this? It's pretty annoying.

To clarify: instead of seeing "From: spambot To: my address@hotmail.com" I'm getting messages that say "From: spambot To: someone I don't know@hotmail.com"

You can turn your spam filter up really high. but in essence there isn't a way to stop it.

As I worked for MSN.com in the US and did tech support, the best way to eliminate like the first respondant is to highten your security, I use the option to only allow mail fom my contact list, you may have it set at allow certain e-mails, like trusted sites, and they snuck in under the radar.

For the most comprehensive security, do the contact list security, and you can always add a contact to let them in, but it is the best way to keep from getting spam, even the members stuff from Microsoft.
