i want to return an unused bottle of lotion , its been a wk .My ffirst attempt was the next day, when they refused. They have no sign up and nothing on the receipt stating this, i wasnt even verbally told.The reason i'm returning is they are extremely overpriced, i went online and found they charge 3x the selling price!! plus it smells funny.please help me!

while i appreciate how pondlife and soren and others feel about the yahoo violation system, i cannot agree with their method of repeated posting by way of protest.

Im almost 18. And I had open heart surgery when I was 4 years old and I was told I wouldn't be able to have kids. Well my heart got better around age 8/9 and I was told I was goona live a long, healthy, normal life and I would be able to have kids.

I haven't been the heart doctors in over 8 years. What kinda of steps would I take to get my heart checked to see If I can have kids?

I am a christian man who is married and have been with C for over 6 years, we have 7 children (blended families with 1 of those ours), I am by her own admission, a wonderful father, a wonderful housekeeper, and she is MY ONE TRUE LOVE! I have not been the best thru all the years and have been unfaithful in words and deeds before but have repented and worked to become the best man i can be.
The issue is she says that for her the relationship has never been about love, she ran to me after a failed marriage (her 2nd, i'm her third) she never loved me but appreciated all the love i gave her children and how i treated them like mine (and stiil do!), she appreciated how i provided for them and after 6 years she has rekindled a relationship with an old high school freind which she has "fallen for" so she has asked me for a separation. Everyone who truly knows her know that I am the best decision but her heart is not there. She says she doesnt love me. PLEASE HELP.. what should i DO???

O.K. If I'm going to ask, I guess I have to tell. I was working at a job where I have to lift things and it hadn't been long since I had a baby, I was lifting about 35 lbs from a squatting position and peed all over myself right in front of everyone. It was so embarrassing, I had to go home to change clothes.

As a midterm for one of my classes, I will have to perform a monolgue. I've chosen a speech from "Angels In America" by Tony Kushner. The speech is by Harper Pitt when she is on a plane. Im 17 yrs old, and in one of my classes called "College Survival" we're looking up college majors that interest us. I'd like to be a Psychology major, but I don't want to live too far from home, atleast not for the first 2 yrs. I'd like to transfer to a better college after I can proove I can do well my first 2 yrs.

I live in Virginia, US. Does anyone know of good colleges in Virginia who offer pyschology? I looked up several colleges, but I have only found 2 good ones. They're Radford University, and Roanoke College.

Also, any advise on transfering colleges? Like what precautions should I take? Thank you for all of your help. It's greatly appreciated.

I fear that Celtic will have to beat 15 men to win in Milan on Wednesday(i.e.-11players,the ref,two assistant refs and the fourth official).Remember the Juventus fans causing trouble when I was in Turin around 25 years ago,and was sitting amongst Lazio fans when they started a ruck with sieg hieling at the cops in Rome about a year ago..Looking forward to Milan and hoping that their fans are better than the horrid lots from the Olympic Stadium and del Alpi.

The invite said "No gifts" but i don't like going anywhere empty handed. I have about a 30 dollar budget.
He was an electrician and sometimes golfs or fishes.
A 30 dollar gift certificate seems cheap, don't think i want to get golf balls or anything like that... any ideas?
