How about people who use the word "like" or the phrase "you know what I mean" or "you hear what I'm saying" about 10 times per sentence.
They should all be lined up against a wall and forced to listen to Republicans extol the virtues of war all day.

I think an appropriate punishment would be too remove those particular keys from the keyboard.
