Yes. Oral sex performed on either partner is said to change the acidity of the vagina, which can favor X sperm (girl) but can kill the Y sperm (boy). Therefore, you may be lessening your changes of conceiving, especially if you are only having intercourse close to ovulation since the girl sperm cannot make it to the egg in time and the boy sperm might be killed by the change in acidity of your vagina.
