I am a recent atheist (about 8 months) convert from christianity and am going to visit my parents this month.
I am having trouble making up my mind on whether to go to church with my them or not.
On one hand it seems like it would be respectful to them to go because they want me there as well as spending time with them.
On the other hand I do not agree with their religion anymore and don't think I should support it in any way.

What do you think?

I have a 5 month old cockatiel and i just got it yesterday
but it does not want to move around alot is the cage to small?
does it not like its food?But the cockatiel does make noises is that good please help i want my cockaliel to be happy

There is a story in Silamic history books about a battle called "Sareyat Fadak" where prophet Muhammed sent a small army, led by one of his companions (Basheer Ibn Sa'ad), to a neighbouring vilalge called Fadak.

The story tells that when the army reached the village they found most people out in their fields. The Muslim army as much valuables as they could and returned back when people saw them and chased them. Finally people fought the Muslim army and killed many of them and retrieved their valuables back.

The story tells that when prophet Muhammed heard of what happened, he sent another army for REVENGE. When the second Muslim army was also defeated, prophet Muhammed sent a third army who finally killed many of that village's people and looted many valuables and returned back to prophet Muhammed.

Was the way prophet Muhammed preaching his word to those people is by looting their valuables?

Can someone give me the basic word and symbol equation for vinegar (ethanoic acid) reacting with sodium hydroxide - I'm in KS3 so I don't want anything too complicated (with things cancelling eachother out etc).

I have been married for the past three years now but had no children yet. My husband always wanted kids up until 2 years ago. When we were still dating he always mentioned wanting kids as early as possible since he is older than me. He is 33 and I am 25. When we got married we had some minor daily quarrels and I've always put away the idea of having kids because I did not want to bring a child in a broken or unhappy family, but now we seem to be ok and I really want a child.
I have discussed this with him several times but he is always saying that we are too busy, do not have time for children and I should finish my studies. He has 3 jobs (just because he enjoys working) and I have a full time job and am also studying. Finacially although we are not rich we can definately support a child and even two.
I am not on birth control and our sexual relationship is ok but he always make it a point to withdraw.
Did you go through this experience? What should I do?

my children are 17 and 16 and would like to be adopted by their stepdad.
