Yes, incest is wrong. Not only is it illegal, even if it's consentual, but it is morally wrong to have sex with close family members. Every civilized society considers incest to be taboo, and it has been so throughout history. Even societies in which incest did occur, it was not widely accepted or condoned. It is shameful. If a pregnancy occurs, there is a large risk of the child being born with mental and physical defects.
Those who say that it is fine as long as it is consentual would not admit to having incestual relationships to their friends and co-workers. They keep it a secret, because they know that it is wrong. It often has a devastating emotional and mental impact on the participants, even if they are adults.

That's a moral question, really.
For me? That's a resounding yes. Family relationships, in my opinion, are to be nurturing and safe, teaching you about how to have relationships with others in the world. Boundaries, emotional and physical, are also learned in the family, so if those are non-existent (as in forced incest), the recipient can be very confused and emotionally damaged for a very long time.
Consentual... I don't really know. Society and long-standing tradition (and most religions) are the voices telling us that incest is wrong. Apart from that... who knows?
But as for me, I believe it's wrong.

My definition of wrong:
It's wrong if it has the potential to hurt someone.
Incest is wrong, because the bonds of family are inherently different from the bonds of sexuality. To confuse the two is to destroy them, and that's not to mention the devastating effect it can have on a child that should happen to come from the affair.
Bestiality is wrong, because an animal is incapable of giving consent, and you are therefore stripping the creature of its dignity. It doesn't make you look too good, either.
Polygamy is wrong, because that kind of affair always leads to jealousy and broken hearts.
Homosexuality hurts no one, except those with minds too narrow to accept it.

That is the same as asking if bestiality is wrong or pedaphilia or murder...there are some things that our moral compass should not have to struggle with....this is one of them...destruction of the very fibre and constuct of society not to mention the shattered lives of those involved.
