I have some mild, depressed acne-scars on a small part of both of my cheeks. I went to the doc and she said i don't have to go for laser treatments but chemical peels will do.. It sounds harsh to the skin and i'm afraid my skin problems might get worse..And are they really effective?? Anyone who have experienced the treatment, and know of the post-treatment results pls help me.. Thanks..

I have been asking christians a lot of questions this past week, nobody seems to be on the same page
everyone says different things that contradict each other
there are too many to just name one or two
my question is why would you put yourself in a category with other people who contradict themselves?
all i personally see is a lot of confusion and vague answers
the mind is very amazing,
you can create any image or voice with it,
Is it possible you are just confusing god with just an image you created with your own mind?
when you dream you are creating a whole
crazy world full of color and vivid imagination
can it not be that you used your mind to create a god?

In the movie 'Pan's Labyrinth' - The ending leaves you with no real closure on whether or not the fairy-tale world was real, and their are arguments both ways (If it wasnt real, how did the mandrake help her mother - and if it was real, why is her dead mother the queen?)

I just wanted your opinion on whether the fairy tale was real or not, and does anyone know the directors intention about it?

I have recently bought a puppy, she is a very small breed chihuaha size (12 weeks old), I decided the best way to toilet train would be with a crate but I would be grateful of any tips.
She hates being in the crate but I am doing my best to ignore her when she cries, obviously I let her own regularly for the toilet and she is not shut in there all the time. I have only had her two days so I understand she will take time to get used to it.
Any ideas what to do if I catch her going to the toilet in the house? Please don't suggest rubbing her nose in it.

If we are in a foreign country and if they(whites) show some indifference we call it as racism,but what should we call which we show towards our own so called low cast people, especially SC and ST people? If you go back to our history there is no incident that our gods have decriminated people based on their cast instead character.When a guy from a high cast does something wrong we don't say that the character of those cast people is of such kind only,but if a guy from a low cast does something wrong we say it as "people of that cast are of such nature only".Why are we so much biassed?If anyone knows answers for any of the above questions do respond.

I live in Australia and most of my relatives live in Ireland. I noticed that when i visit there none of the letterboxes have numbers on them. You just write down the person's name and then street, etc.
Why is this and how does the postie know which house to deliver letters to?

Should new moms get a once monthly girls night?
Ok, my best friend is 24 and her child is now 8 months old. Last month we decided we needed a "girls night" and when she came home she was in a HUGE fight with her boyfriend. He says she chose to have a family and that is where she should be at all times. Her parents agree with this and basically flipped out on her when she told them she had plans for a girls night this weekend. They all seem to believe she gave up her LIFE. What do you think, is a once-a-month girls night out ok? Her boyfriend agreed to let her go after they had the huge last fight but he will not be happy about it. Help please I gotta know is this what everyone believes? I am a mother of two and I see absolutely no problem with this and my boyfriend doesnt mind me going out. Are we not normal or what? Mothers need time to relax and breathe, what good is a cranky stressed out mom ya know? Whats wrong with a couple drinks and a pack of girls having their girl-talk?
