I was a Beatles guy when I was still an idealist. Now that I'm more cynical I prefer the Stones.
Of course, there hasn't been a really good Stones' album since Some Girls (and that's a stretch comparing it to Exile on Main St. or Sticky Fingers).
The Beatle's Abbey Road, Sgt Peppers, Magical Mystery Tour albums are like 35+ years ago. They're still pretty good now and then.

BEATLES ALL THE WAY!!! Why the heck would someone want to listen to a band who just screams the lyrics out (the Rolling Stones). Mick Jager is such a baby and the Beatles give the fans REAL music. It's not just a big show. The Rolling Stones do what they do for the money. The Beatles did what they did because that's what they loved.

The Beatles - far stronger albums - cannot say that any Stones' albums are classics, it's the singles that stand out a mile
