Wow -- you seem to be implying that Christians are the only group of people in the world who ever contradict themselves.
This seems to mean that you think Christians are all supposed to think and behave exactly the same way about everything, like a bunch of clones or something.
Besides, doctors often contradict each other. So do lawyers. So do politicians. So do scientists. So do the members of just about every group imaginable.
Why do you seem to think that only Christians are affected by the human tendency to be contradictory?
And why do you seem to think that Christians are somehow never supposed to disagree with each other about anything?

You're saying, either God created man in His own image or is it possible that man created god in his own image. I would say yes to both of those questions. Yes, I do believe God created man in his image. Everywhere you look in the universe there is design. Where there's design there must be a designer. I call that designer God. Only God could create a universe like ours. Both the universe and man(as well as animals and plants for that matter) have great design. Therefore, God created them. What is the image of God.......will, intellect and emotion. Both God and man have it. So, yes, God created man in his own image.
Yes, man created God in his own image. Everybody worships a God. It may not be the God of the bible but everyone worships a God. Either you accept one of the Gods of the religions or you created your own God. If you've accepted one of the Gods of the religions, hopefully, you've read the Holy books of that religion and examined it to see if it has merit and deserves to be called a revelation from God. You are accepting that God as the God who created the universe whether it's true or not.
If you don't accept any of the Gods of the religions but you say you believe in God and these are the qualities that you've come to believe this God has, I'll bet that God of yours sounds a lot like you. I'll bet all of the things you think are right, he also thinks are right and all of the things you think are wrong he also thinks are wrong. You see, you've just created your own God. You don't have to worry whether there's a heaven or hell because if there is an afterlife, you'll be in heaven because you're God agrees with you. You've created him that way.
If you don't believe in any God then your God is just you. You worship yourself. I'm sorry if that is kind of harsh and I may be wrong. I've just never seen a whole lot of charity organizations started by athiests. I'm still waiting to see the 1st hospitals or alcohol rescue missions or drug organizations or whatever started by athiests.
So, yes God did create man in his own image and man did create God in his own image.
As for me, My God is Jesus Christ. That doesn't make me very popular in this day and age but that's OK.

Read the bible.Read it with an open heart & mind.Do not attempt to rationalize it or twist it to your beliefs or desires.
Too many ppl call themselves christians & then twist the bible.Mormons & Jehova's Witnesses have written their own bible & have fooled themselves into believing it is God's words.
God's last words to us were Jesus. He warns in Revelation to not add to or take from His word. There were no other prophets after Jesus's deciples & man cannot predict the end of the world!
I remember the Jehova's Witnesses said the world was gonna end when I was in 4th grade! Most of my classmates didn't go to school that day!LOL!
God clearly states that we are to be sober & watchful, because "no man knoweth the day or hour of his comming, not even the angels in heaven!"

Let me try again: name anything - ANYTHING - in this world that people do not have different, often conflicting views of. Cooking, politics, climatology, fur, child-rearing, which side of the bleeding road to drive on for Heaven's sake. Given that, why would I be concerned that there are differing opinions about God and His (or Her or It's) nature? What I can do is listen to those differing opinions and try to weigh them for myself. I can try to be self-consistent. I can present arguments for my views and ask others to critique them (which actually doesn't work very well here, but it does elsewhere). But are you really saying that, because there are different interpretations of the exact quantum nature of black holes, I should doubt the existence of black holes all together?
Either you're making no sense or I am completely misunderstanding you, and I would love to know which.

If you need answers, the Bible is the place to find them. Firstly, not everyone can express themselves well and secondly people are different. Christianity is something you must experience yourself. You cannot learn it from others. It is not a religion but a relationship with God.

There are different openion from different people according to their understanding upon the subject.
if a person looses himself from what he/she things of this subject (pre-fixed thoughts) then he can have a revelation from God.
even if he/she is clear to get what God gives them it is subjected to change upon the influence of other people with whom they communicate.
so you still will get different openions from people on Christianity..
why that far..... you can just let your wife or father or mother give openion about you to the public they all will differ frem each other according to their conclution on you
so does it is with christianity.
so dont be fooled with what people say about it but please try to read the bible and get revelation from the Book.
God bless you.
