The right-wing propaganda, I mean. Sometimes I feel like they have a point, and that I'm a freak and an evolutionary dead end; my relationships really aren't normal. Has anyone else ever felt like this?

My dear,the most wonderful thing IS that there's a wide range to "normal"... Don't doubt love... we are all perfect imperfection , works in progress etc ,etc......

I'm straight, but absolutely not right wing. I don't live like "they" think I should, no doubt. No, I never get caught up in what closed-minded people think about how I should live my life, and you shouldn't either. No relationship is really "normal". Just be happy.

Oh hunny sometimes I don't know what to believe. We all get down from time to time and will believe some pretty crazy things. When this happens to me i turn to my loving partner and he usually tells me things like: "The entire community loves us", "Look at the good we do volunteering", and "If we're just a dead end why hasn't homosexuality ceased to exist in all of human's existance". If you ever get down just remember that you are a valued member of this world and we'd be alot worse off without you.

Nope.

What is a normal relationship? Its a healthy relationship that you're looking for. Regardless, this has nothing to do with your sexual orientation. If it did, how would you explain all those straight divorcées?

Sometimes. But then I realise that I'm no more of a dead end than my straight sister - who refuses to breed. My brother and my best friend (all straight) also refuse to breed.

Big dykes with small dogs and butches with kittens;
Diesels in tall boots with chains on their mittens;
Femmes in their lipstick with rings in their nose;
These are a few of the gays that I know.

Men who can cook and make great apple strudels;
Women who think and can sure use their noodles;
Some who like dressing in black leather clothes;
These are a few of the gays that I know.

Men in tight dresses with gold lame sashes;
Makeup and high heels and long false eyelashes;
Men who have muscles and men who wear hose;
These are a few of the gays that I know.

When the right wing
Spews its hatred
And it makes me sad,
I simply remember the gays that I know And then I don't
feel - - - so bad.

Doctors and nurses and students and teachers;
Soldiers and singers and actors and preachers;
Lawyers who fight in the courts with our foes;
These are a few of the gays that I know.

Nieces and uncles and sisters and brothers;
Parents who live with significant others;
Brave sons and daughters who let their love show;
These are a few of the gays that I know.

Young politicians with courage and vision;
Leaders with guts who can make a decision;
Those in the closets and those on the go;
These are a few of the gays that I know.

First Anita,
then it's Limbaugh,
It just makes you mad,
But always remember the gays that you know and then you
won't feel - - - so bad!

my dear fellow,
as that I once was once bi-sexual i think i understand how you are feeling. however I think these politicians to whom you are reffering are only looking out for the best of people and society. I could not help the way that I felt, as I am sure that you cannot either. However you are not a freak. My personal opnion is that satan and his demons have tempted you in a way to destroy you life.
The bible says:
1 Corinthians 6:9
Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders
1 Corinthians 6:8-10 (in Context) 1 Corinthians 6 (Whole Chapter).
You may feel ashamed for your sins however, let thee without sin cast the first stone. We all have our own sins, no one person but Jesus was without sin. This is why God sent him to us so that he could pay for our sins. God loves you no matter what you do. However the blessing we recieve from God are given to us depending on how and what we do to please him.
Does this make any sense to you????
I guess what I am trying to say is don't let others make you feel bad. If you want to change then pray about it. If not then live the rest of your life the best that you can.
I wanted to change and I did. I am happily married for 5 years now and have no regrets. I wish you the best and God bless.
