If you are writing a type of 'memoir' about your dating life, and you mention most of the men you've dated in a tongue-in-cheek manner, do you need to get their written approval?

If you change the names, how much detail should you give before it gets too recognizable? Are changing names not enough? What defines 'malicious intent'?

How much freedom is allowed when discussing events that occurred and opinions the author may have about the individuals mentioned?

My boyfriend and I have been going out for 3 weeks. He has Asperger's Syndrome. It's not too bad, he's just really into computers and a little bad at social situations.
We've known each other for 2 years, but only become friends recently (in the last 3-4 months). He's in year 12, and I'm in year 11.
He insists that he loves me, and I admittedly have said it back to him. (I know, I know, mistake on my part.) I don't think anyone can fall in love that fast, and I am not even sure I do love him (yet). Given time, maybe, but this is all going too fast. How do I tell him that?
Remember this is his first relationship and he fears rejection like the plague. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

ive been talking to this guy for almost three months now. so far i have basically have bought him minutes for his prepaid phone constantly(it has stopped now.) I bought like 7 things for valentine day. I got him a job where i work at. And still my chances with going out with him are still 50/50. Mind you that he lied to me once about this guy on his top 24 on myspace he told me that was his cousin. If fact that is one of the other guys he has been talking to for a year and hasnt gone no where. and also he hasnt toungue kissed me in 2 months we only have toungued kissed 3 times. what should i do? my friends think he is just a gold digger. that he is just using me. and everytime i did buy something he would get mad at me cause tells me not to buy them but he really did needed them. So can anyone help me?

I'm not trying to sound insensitive but I'm tired of hearing about my ex's problems. We broke up because HE neglected ME. And ever since we've been broken up he's been trying to make me feel guilty for everything and he keeps whining to me about how his life sucks, yet when I ask him if he wants to work things out and get back together, he says no. I mean, I've been compassionate and sincere to his problems this entire time since 2 months ago when we broke up, but I'm getting very irritable. I've been trying to keep a friendship going with him because I dont want to lose contact with him, but all he ever talks about is how depressed he is. It's like he wants me to pity him. Is he forgetting that he's the one who neglected me and lied to me and ignored me during our relationship? I cant take it anymore, I've been trying very hard to be nice to this point so we can remain friends, but I just cant take it.

But at the same time I cant stand not ever talking to him again :(

I usually feel a little sick before my period, and when I get it I feel really sore in my lower abdomen, like someone's punching me over and over.
I am unusually heavy, maternity X 2 on my first day of the week, and my mum is thinking of getting me to see a doctor.
