when the police, or division of motor vehicles, enter a name into their computer, up pops a photo of the individual. how can i do that? is there a website to retreive that on myself?

From Canada staying in Hong Kong and looking for makeup for my ivory skin its been so difficult I used Estee Lauder in Canada and here in Hong Kong they dont have my shade i have purchased 3 different makeup all not my shade can anyone help? thanks :-)

So here's how the convo basically went.
Her--"I've fallen for my best friend. Now I feel all weird and awkward and I dont know how to act because I dont want him to know I like him, because I know he doesnt like me."
Me-- "Well, maybe he does like you."
Her--"No. I know he doesnt. And now everytime I talk to him, if I say something stupid i feel real dumb, and think 'omg he probably thinks Im so stupid.'' So I said that it sounded like she was acting as if she just met him. As if he was some guy she really liked but didnt really know so she was nervous. I reminded her that this is her best friend and she should feel comfortable, but she just said "Its different now b/c I like him. And i feel weird b/c he doesnt like me." --------I dont know what to tell her to help her feel comfortable like she was before. I also think its weird that she suddenly developed feelings for him. They've known each other for two years. How can things suddenly change? If I understood, I think I could help

I'd like some advice. I work at a place, with about 9 other people on my shift. I work from 7:00 pm to midnight. I'm the only one that comes in at 7:00.

Tonight, our roads were terribly icy. I was on my way to work, and slipped into the ditch. Someone stopped and gave me a ride to work. On our way there, at about 7:05, I saw several of my coworkers cars traveling away from work. Apparently, my boss had decided to close the place down at around 7:00.

Ok. Considering, that I have never A. been late for work, or B. not called in if I couldn't be there, is it too much to ask that my boss think of me when I hadn't come in or called in by 7:00? Especially since he knew the roads were treacherous? Like maybe he could have waited 10 minutes to see if I was okay. Maybe he could have had some common courtesy and called my house to let someone know that I was possibly dead in the ditch somewhere? Should I say anything to him or someone or just accept the fact that no one cares if I'm dead

Hi, I'm moving to Australia and taking my 3 cats. I know they need their medicals and will be in quarantine. What I need to know is if anyone has had experiences with either taking pets on an overseas flight(I know they will be in cargo) or using a pet transport company? What are the costs involved? i have been friends with this man for 9yrs. when i met him, he was married. from the time we have been friends til the present, there has always been "more" to the friendship. he has been divorced now for 4 years. we also now have 2 children together. but the friendship has never been given a title. there were even times he went his seperate way for awhile and dated someone. i let it go at first cuz he was just divorced and was really in a bad place. we even went so far as to try to be platonic--never worked--whether he was dating someone or not. he knows how i feel, knows what i want from him. has even told me he was in love with me too but couldn't be in an actual relationship cuz he don't want to hurt me and doesn't want to ruin or friendship which i think is pretty much ruined on the friendship level already. he has been seeing someone now a couple of months, but still professes his love to me. i can't take it anymore and am about to cut him out even tho i don't really want to.....
