Make the habits real to you. Start with maybe doing something really nice for someone, maybe once a month, without the person knowing that it is you, that is doing it. Look, around in your life or neighborhood and see if there is a single parent with 2 or more children, you know that they are struggling, extra grocery, money, water bill, light bill, or yard need to be cut, just do it when no-one is home, the choices are endless. Giving to someone brings such a joy to your heart and then your heart will give you more creative ways to have healthy habits, that will just stay with you, Why?, because it will come from some place real, like your heart not your head.

Make a list of the habits you want to develop & list how these habits would benefit you. Then work on them one at a time.

Keep the list & read it every so often to keep you on track. And good luck.
