Well, the simplest answer is D- Satanism, since it is not as organized or as established as the other religions mentioned.
But if you're talking about CONTEMPORARY faiths, They will all be extinct. The Islam, Buddhism, and Christianity (which includes protestant and Roman Catholic Christianity) of today are different from their namesakes of a hundred or two hundred years ago.

Christianity, because it's the most ridiculous, flawed, and outdated out of all the ones you have listed. And I do hope you are aware that Catholicism IS a part of Christianity. So listed them separate is silly. Religions either adapt to the times or they fade away and die. Christianity doesn't seem capable of adapting because it its dogmatic nature. I have found Christianity to be severely lacking in its spirituality, social, and ethical teachings; and Christians to be largely arrogant and rude. This does not bode well for the future of your religion.
Buddhism has been around longer than Christianity and I suspect it will be around long after. It's the most adaptable one on your list. A person can practice Buddhism and still accept all logic, reason, and science has to offer, can't do that with Christianity. Buddhists are also very peaceful and tolerant folk. With the general trend going towards globalism this is an important thing to have.
Satanism will also be longer lived than Christianity because one can be a Satanist and not reject reality. It has a refreshingly honest view of life, it's brutally realistic, it doesn't promise things it can't deliver. It's proud, intelligent, and bettering -- if done correctly.
Islam is less flawed theologically speaking. It's more internally consistent than most of its Abrahamic cousins, and its basic spiritual emphases seem to be more in the spirit of honest love of God than, for instance, Christianity. Most of the Muslims I have talked with are a great deal more polite and respectful than Christians.

None. Fossils are formed when minerals replace organic matter or impressions/depressions are formed and harden to stone. Perhaps you meant 'extinct'.
Id say Satanism because its harmful and people are actively working to stop it. I noticed you left Judaism off the list...why? Dont get wrong, I like Judaism. I'd love to see Scientology go extinct, its a cult in religions clothing.

We will all be fossil's once the big one hits, and then they will all be fossils. If I had to choose I would say satanism since it is the least followed of the 5 choices and I think that christianity would be the last to go since it is the oldest known religon. Catholocism shouldn't be on the list since is is a branch of christianity.

I can't say but E) ...not until the end of times. That is the church the body of christ will never end.
Matthew 16:18 And I say to thee: That thou art Peter; and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
(note that church is the universal church= catholic church)

Well just look and see how long each of them has been around. Which one has lasted the longest so far? I would look but I'm too lazy. My guess would be satanism. They are pretty new.
