and with the use of medication how well dose it help ive been depressed for a long time and from June to August i was high (Hypomania) now iam depressed i also work shift work so i presume shift work would not help

I'm currently doing a course in Human Resource Management which finishes in May. And in Sept I will be going to Germany for a year to live with my girlfriend. As my German is not good my only chance of work will be to teach English to foreigners.

So my question is, in the time between May and Sept before I go to Germany. Do I go for the long term and get something for Human Resource Management on my CV, or do I go for the short term and do some English teaching which will stand me in good stead for Germany? I can't decide!

I mean the girl is not even pretty and she is dating that bafoon---Spencer and ruining her relationship with Lauren. Heidi is also not very intelligent and not a good friend. She needs some major meds. Lauren deserves a better friend than that and has been so true to Heidi. I think Laruen should dump Heidi and Jen and just hang with Whitney and Audrina (those two a pure friends). What do you think?
