Can simply just sitting physics?

I'm a little confused about your question, but I'll try to answer the best I can. There's plenty of physics going on from you just sitting down. As you first sit down, you are accelerating downward, which means there must be a force behind it. Also, there's gravity at work, not to mention the sound you make as you sit down, creating sound waves. Since sound is just molecules bumping into each other, then some of the energy involved in making the sound is transferred into heat, involving thermodynamics. Not to mention all of the molecular stuff that's going on that I can't even begin to explain.

No. Physics is not a state of being. Physics can be applied to a situation involving sitting, but the sitting itself is not the physics.
