In homeopathic terms 1c dilution is 1 ml diluted to 100 ml
So a 5 times dilution would be
1ml to 1 00 ml then
1 ml of this dilution to 100 ml then
1ml of this dilution to 100 ml then
1 ml of this dilution to 100 ml then finally
1 ml of this dilution to 100 ml

so it is finally 1 ml diluted to 10 000 000 000 ml
That is 1 part in ten billion

I'd have said 5ml because that will give you a fifth of the concentration.
