i have dyed my hair black but i can still see light patches in my hair so i want to dye over it again but i dont know weather i can or weather it will ruin my hair please help!

Well i have this girl who i was dating for maybe 10 or 11 months and she dumped me saying that she needed to be single for a while to get to learn herself. Back in August she cheated on me but we got through it and everything seemed fine until like 2 months ago when all this happened. Here is the catch, she loves me and wants to be with me but i met anouther girl. I want to be with this new girl and see how things go. How do i tell my ex that i dont want to be more than just friends with her without hurting her. I mean she hurt me alot so many times and now just because the rolls have changed now she wants to see me. I went out with the new girl this sat night and the next day my ex asked me what i did. I told her because i dont lie and she got all mad. Then she asked if she could see me and i said it would be fine. Then she asked if we could hook up. I told her i dont know but i know what the right answer really is. She told me she would call me later that day and never did

Here's the deal. My girlfriend of a yr just broke up with me yesterday, after we had an argument (we had been experiencing different problems each not in our relationship). I was devastated, and she said could we meet the next day, so that she could 'explain', I said that there wasn't much point, as it wouldn't help either of us, she didn't want to be with me anymore. I said that I loved her, and that if she did want to take me back, I would be waiting for her at the place she said she wanted to meet me to explain. If she didn't turn up, I would assume that she didn't want to get back together and work through these problems together.

She didn't turn up. I go to get a bus home, she's standing there with two of her friends who are comforting her. Ever since i fainted for my first time back in august and broke a mirror at work ive had these headaches on and off. I went to the doctor and he took blood tests but said nothing was wrong with my blood that im healthy as can be. Now my head just feels tight and stuffy. its annoying actually. does anyone know what this could be? I went to the doctor prolly around november. I just dont want this to be anything serious. Befre i fainted i never fainted before and i have never since then felt like fainting.
