Start/search copy.exe
If not seen include hidden files/system files in search.
Delete .
ccleaner from www.ccleaner.com. use the delete option.
The deleted file will be overwritten , and cannot be used.
Just try a different approach. . to this frequent virus
complaints in YA.
I tried five years back using JV PowerTools. ( a registry
cleaner Program ), when I did not even know
about antivirus programs.

I assume your on a windows machine???, if so...
If you cannot delete the file within normal windows, go into safe mode (just before the boot screen press f8), then you should be able to delete it from here
