I did it the old fashioned way, hard work, and less food. I worked outside in the heat and sweated it off. Also stopped drinking regular sodas. In a summer I went from 220 to 180. Good luck.

I started out by calorie counting.
I finished by changing my personal focus from merely losing weight to living a healthy lifestyle. The change in my lifestyle has been the easiest way to maintain my weightloss, and I continue to thin a bit as my activity level increases, and I am training for longer and longer runs.
I kept focusing on what I wanted my life to be when I was thinner, not just achieving a specific number on the scale. That's when things started to click, and it became easy to give up the junk food because I knew what I would be getting in return.
Lost 20 pound in 4 months... kept it off (and a couple more) for almost a year now. Website below that I used to count calories burned and consumed.

Took a million.5 years. from time to time i will do stuff that starts the burden earnings throughout, yet I nip it into approximately 5-10#. What am i able to assert? i'm affordable: I refuse to purchase an entire new set of outfits. EDIT: Oh yeah, I exercised somewhat (my activity on the time required loads of walking & I did occasional weight education) yet that became into it.

After filling my plate for a meal, I took half the food off. Reducing my calories to half. Drank a glass of water before each meal and whenever I felt hungry. Lost 20 lbs. fast. Have kept it off for years because this method changed my eating habits.

Yes!!! I recommend you the three days diet. It's easy to follow and there's a lot of variations according to your food prefferences. You don't have to feel hungry, and you'll certainly loose weight and you won't gain it again. Search for it on Internet. Also try to keep ypurself busy all the time, that'll help you to get to your goals. If you are not sure about following a diet, then visit a dietist or nutriologist, and he will surely help you.
