The College game to me is more exciting to watch than the NBA. They play with more passion and heart. However, the NBA is very fun to watch in its own way. I find myself enjoying individual players abilities when I watch the NBA, whereas with the college game I enjoy watching the teamwork aspect.

It takes a lot of hatred to perform an Avada Kedavra curse and the only character which Harry hates so much is Snape. So the final battle must be Harry versus Snape and Voldemort. Harry required a teacher to perform Patronus Charm so who will be teaching him this time? Hogwarts has to reopen and Harry has to study the right way to use this Charm.

Please help me identify the TORTS in this story. [TORTexample: assault, battery...etc.]

What torts are caused by: Carol, Art, Barb and Dave.

During Barb's Backyard BBQ, she grills steaks for her friends in her backyard. The grill SMOKE DRIFTS INTO her neighbor's(Carol) backyard and IRRITATES her eyes and CAUSES her to COUGH. Carol asks Barb to turn off the grill but Barb ignores her and tells her friends CAROL IS A PROSTITUTE.

Art decides to leave around 10pm because DAVE has been drinking too much and seems hostile. Dave lifts a glass and tries to throw it at Art. Ed witnesses this and tackles Dave right after he THROWS the bottle. Art ducked the bottle and the bottle hits BARB in the head.

Dave chases Art into the bathroom(with no windows to escape) and pushes him into the bathroom. Dave wedges a chair under the doorknob to trap him in then leaves the party. Art doesn't exit the bathroom until another person later removes the chair and releases him several minutes later.

I just let a shoe store where a woman had her dog at work. I noticed that the dog was off balance...toward the right side. She was a basset hound and seriously skinny. I said wow...she's skinny and the ladie said yes she has been really losing weight in the past few days. I sat down with the dog and she just layed her head in my lap. Weak, is not the word for this dog. She also had her eyes almost covered with skin/tissue that is normally in the corner of your eyes. When standing her hind foot was turned under...like she couldn't pick it up to put the pad of her foot on the floor.
I volunteered to run the dog to the vet. for her but she said she was trying to get her brother to take her, and she was having a hard time getting in touch with him...but she would make him take her to the vet. I cried for the dog as I left...another customer was kneeled down praying for the dog. What is wrong? Any sugestions...

What is the pH of a buffer made from 0.11 M hydrocyanic acid and 0.20 M sodium cyanate? Use the Ka value from a table and the Ka expression for the acid "reacting".

I have tried to do this problem, but I still got it wrong:

(4.9e-10) * (.20/.11) = 8.91e-10
pH= -log(8.91e-10) = 9.05

If anyone can help or let me know what mistake I have made, your response will greatly be appreciated.

A women was in bed with her lover when she heard her Husband opening the front door.

"Hurry," she said, "stand in the corner."

She rubbed baby oil all over him,then dusted him with talcum powder.

"Don't move until I tell you," she said. "Pretend you're a statue."

"What's this?" the husband inquired as he entered the room.

"Oh it's a statue!" she replied."The Smith's bought one and I liked it so much I got one for us, too."

No more was said, not even when they went to bed.

Around 2AM the husband got up, went to the kitchen and returned with a sandwich and a beer.

"Here," he said to the statue, "have this. I stood like that for two days at the Smith's and nobody offered me a damned thing!"

I'll be reading an article, and at the bottom of page 76, it will read,
"continued on page 78". To even FIND page 78, you have to go through 7 pages of un-numbered advertizing pages.

Drives me nuts. Why can't they number the ad pages too?

I am 99.99% sure that my cat has tapeworms and I want to just pick something up rather than try to haul her into a carrier and bring her into the vet (plus vets won't be open until Monday).
