Depends..If I plugged it I'd fix it...if it was plugged when I got there ...I'd fix it...you did say a friends house

If the person is a good friend, please ask (or look first) for a plunger. And a bucket. And, offer to unplug the toilet for them, as long as nothing has accidently fallen into the toilet to block and cause the plugging up. If something fell in, they need to call a plumber, and have the plumber use a snake to get to the objct to unplug the toilet. Take care.

You need to get the plunger and see about your restroom. Unless your the one that did it in which you could ask where the plunger is.
