This is a tough one. I think Fullmer probably fought against tougher competition during his career beating and losing to Robinson and beating Basilio twice but Cerdan beat Zale and stayed with LaMotta for 10 rounds fighting with only one arm. I think Cerdan had a little more power and that is the only difference I really see. I think Cerdan would get the decision.
