Historically bathing has not been a popular in other places as it is in the USA. Remember people as late at 150 years ago continued to wear their wool uniforms even during the summer. Imagine them fighting at the battle of Gettysburg, July 1, 2, and 3. And people were afraid of Polio and Consumption (TB) and other diseases so they didn't go swimming much or wash. Just wore perfumes.
Thank God for Hot Water Heaters and Indoor Plumbing.

This is also true for other cultures too. For example, many asian cultures only take shower at night before they go to bed to keep their beds clean. Only some people, like Americans and Phillipinos, take bath in the morning before the go to work and start fresh.
It's just the way they are brought up. Plus, not every one has heater in those countries and so it would be so cold to take shower in the morning (Even with hot water).

British people use more soap per head than any other nation in the world.
I wouldnt bathe every morning because it wastes a hell of a lot of water when a shower is much more hygenic and quicker.

Because men in the European culture like women to have a womanly body smell. Thus the reason most European women do not shave. It is unnatural for women to smell like flowers and ocean water. Therefore the Europeans developed perfumes to enhance the smell of a woman. As you know most European parfumes are heavy but American women perfer sweet, fruity, flowery scents. Just like the European wines; they are full bodied with less sugar. We Americans like sweet, fruity wines full of sugar. Maybe that is why the Europeans live longer than us because they do not use a lot of chemicals under their arms and they drink wines that are naturally sweet. If you have not tried musk parfumes, try them; they will drive your partner wild!!.

OMG! Maybe because they aren't so worried that they are super hygienic. you can ask them why some people why they don't shave their legs in Europe. Maybe because its normal not to. You thinks is weird that they don't take baths in the morning, they might thinks its weird that ladies here shave their legs. Its all just the way you look at the world.

I don't know because I am in the USA.I usually take a night-time bath because things are less hectic then in my household,as opposed to the morning.

No idea where you get that idea from. I lived in the UK for 7 years and never ran into a "stinkie" there. Can't say the same for Belgium or Germany, though.
