My Landlord has failed to action against another Tenant for Noise & Disturbance even though the Tenant accepted a Undertaking in Court twice, the Undertaking has now expired.

Can i take action against my Landlord for Breach of Agreement for failing to ensure my Peaceful Enjoyment???

I have requested during the period of the Undertaking that the Landlord take action, but they refused. Now they are taking action but i have to go through the process all over again and have suffered further Neighbour Nuisance due to the failings of the Landlord. Any advice welcome. Thanks

My boyfriend has been stressed out with his job lately. He asked me to give him some space to sort his situation out. He explained to me that he does not feel well at his job right now, he had a fight with his boss,who refused to promote him. He works long hours and in the evenings he's applying for new jobs.he asked me for support, unerstanding that he needs to focus right now. He's even applying for a job near my city. We should meet 2 weeks later. The problem is I became needy of him and wanted to talk about our relationship, which upset him as he said he is so exhausted and I always need to talk about us. He said he does not feel supported. I said I am sorry but he replied to me that over the last months I always say sorry like usual but he said if I realise that im loosing him more and more? What should I do? How should I reply please?

i have been taking the pill for about 2 months now . A couple of days before intercourse happened i wasnt always taking it at the allocated time . Im really worried i may be pregnant. i never missed a pill . What do you think the chances of me being pregnant are? And with abortion , would you have to pay , or is it done on the nhs , because im still technically a minor ? And we didnt use any other form of contraception , and [ sorry to be graphic] but he didnt pull out twice because he thought the pill would be fine .

Its almost 4am and I am awake because my dog has been crying. She's a 2yr old rottweiler. Tonight she started shaking her head and whimpering so I'm thinking ear infection. She's had them before, but not for almost a year. I don't see any yucky stuff in her ear though. Also, a friend brought her puppy over today and they were playing - the puppy was nipping at my dog's face and ears but my dog didn't mind (very gentle dog). This pain that my dog has seemed to come on fast - she was fine before bed and now seems to be really miserable, scratching at her ear. I'm going to take her to a vet in the morning but in the meantime is there anything I can give her to ease her pain? ANd do you think its an ear infection or something to do with the puppy being here? I am dreading this because she REALLY hates her ears being messed with.

All of a sudden last night I could not sign into Y!A. I could get the site opened and other sites too but no links in the sites would work. "This page cannot be displayed". My ISP techies made me turn off my firewall, diden't help.Then they had me reinstall their program. Now I could click links just fine but I could not sign in here, ebay or hotmail. Basically not able to sign into secure pages. I called back and they had me reset my security levels everything to default.Still not fixed . I have MSN for a home page and this time when I got online I was routed to a microsoft website for updates, apparently they want me to update IE from #6 to #7. Which I should've already done. When I tried to scan for other updates I may need, I got a message in my information bar " To help protect your security, Internet explorer stopped this site from installing an Active X control on your computer" Whatever, so I try to get my update (internet explorer 7) anyway..The rest is in added details below

As far as I know it started off in prayer meetings at Azuza Street by a black preacher William J Seymour with the outpouring of the spirit like the day of pentecost in the book of Acts. People started speaking in tongues and were falling to the floor. I think in the beginning it was the lower class people mainly who were involved. Today people from all walks of life are pentecostals. Could you please give me some more similarites and differences of pentecostalism today to how it was 100 years ago. He told me he likes talking to me... he's open with me (if only you guys knew how open he is with me) we share our things with each other... Its funny he lended me his CDs and we didnt even know each other all that this was when we werent all that close cause he works in a store that I usually shop in, b4 he took over the store and thats how we met and now... we're close friends. We only spend time each other in the store cause thats the only chance we get. We enjoy each other's company, we have great conversations and laughs together and yeah....
