what about the booting computer and booted computer?
will i need to a special NIC and a special programs to do that?
if that is right , what is this NIC and this programs?

Most motherboards with built in NICs can network boot, but it requires some infrastructure in place, like a DHCP server that can provide information about the TFTP server from which to download the kernel. Rather than get into all the specifics, I suggest you do a google search for "PXE booting."

I just wanted to add an additonal feature. Wake on Lan (WOL) is a technology that will also let you power on your computer by sending a special packet to the computer. Once the computer powers on, it will then use TFTP and PXE for additional information.
