I am not overweight but it still happens to me. Sometimes I wake up bec I have lost my breath. When I wake up, I hear a loud bang in my head like door has open and shut. Sometimes I wonder if the loud bang in my head is my soul almost leaving my body but stopping as I wake up.

I'm 5'4" and 155 lbs. I'm about thirty pounds overweight acording to the doctor charts, and I'm sick of it!

Please help! I want a safe dieting program that I can combine withat least thirty minutes of daily excerise that will help me lose the weight I want to lose in a reasonable amount of time that won't hurt me.

I'm hoping to lose at least fifteen pounds by the end of March, if that helps.

Please help :(

I chart bbt and cm. This cycle I had 4 (!) days of eggwhite cm and we did the deed on the 2nd day. We didn't get another chance because he went out of town.
6 days later (dpo) my temps jumped .4 degrees and has stayed high (this is a lot higher than normal).
I am now 10 dpo and feel like crap. I am wondering becuase I heard that when pregnancy happens, you temps raise but I'm wondering if this is true.

For the essay we have to pick two themes and analyze/discuss them. This is what i have so far:

"From the body of one guilty deed a thousand ghostly fears and haunting thoughts proceed" William Wordsworth (1770 – 1850). Guilt is a state in which a person experiences conflict for having done something wrong. This guilt haunts and burdens this person until their wrongs are made right. In the play Macbeth by William Shakespeare, Macbeth and Lady Macbeth both feel a great deal of guilt over the murders of King Duncan and Banquo, which they masterminded. Macbeth believes in the idealogy of “necessary evil” where he has to commit some evil in for the greater good of himself and the people of Scotland by taking power from the King by killing him. But the more evil deeds Macbeth commits to achieve his goal of becoming king the more his guilt increases making his life miserable. The themes of guilt and the false ideogly of “necessary evil” are present throughout the play.

I've been eatting no breakfest [ yeah I know] and at like 2-3PM, I eat a tuna sandwhich with a DR. Pepper and for dinner, I usually eat the same thing I had for lunch or some left over spagetti with a Dr.Pepper.. Keep in mind, I've been going on the treadmill for 25minutes since yesterday and I'll do my today's excercise at like 9:00PM.

Will I look slimmer and feel like I lost weight on Monday when I go in for a meeting for behavior school?

I was sitting at my desk when I remembered a
phone call I'd forgotten to make.
I found the number and dialed it.
A man answered, saying "Hello?"
I politely said, "This is Chris. Could I please speak
with Robyn Carter?"
Suddenly, a manic voice yelled out in my ear, "Get the
right freakin' number!" and the phone was slammed down
on me.
I couldn't believe that anyone could be so rude.
When I tracked down Robyn's correct number to call
her, I found that I had accidentally transposed the
last two digits.
After hanging up with her, I decided to call the
'wrong' number again.
When the same guy answered the phone, I yelled "You're
an idiot!" and hung up.
I wrote his number down with the word "idiot'" next to
it, and put it in my desk drawer.
Every couple of weeks, when I was paying bills or had
a really bad day, I'd call him up and yell, " You're
an "idiot!”
When Caller ID was introduced, I thought my
therapeutic "idiot" calling would have to stop.
So, I called his number and said, "Hi, this is John
Smith from the Telephone Company; I'm calling to see
if you're familiar with our Caller ID Program?"
He yelled "NO!" and slammed down the phone.
I quickly called him back and said, "That's because
you're an "idiot."
One day I was at the store, getting ready to pull into
a parking spot.
Some guy in a black BMW cut me off and pulled into the
spot I had patiently waited for; I hit the horn and
yelled that I'd been waiting for that spot, but the
idiot ignored me. I noticed a "For Sale" sign in his
back window, so I wrote down his number.
A couple of days later, right after calling the first
idiot (by this time I had his number on speed dial), I
thought that I'd better call the BMW idiot, too. I
said, "Is this the man with the black BMW for sale?"
"Yes, it is", he said.
"Can you tell me where I can see it?" I asked.
"Yes, I live at 34 Mowbray Blvd, in Vaucluse. It's a
yellow house, and the car's parked right out in
front."
"What's your name?" I asked.
"My name is Don Hansen," he said
"When's a good time to catch you, Don?"
"I'm home every evening after five."
"Listen, Don, can I tell you something?"
"Yes?"
"Don, you're an "idiot!" Then I hung up, and added his
number to my speed
dial, too.
Now, when I had a problem, I had two idiots to call.
Then I came up with an idea.
I called Idiot #1. "Hello." "You're an idiot!" (But I
didn't hang up.)
"Are you still there?" he asked.
"Yeah," I said.
"Stop calling me," he screamed.
"Make me," I said.
"Who are you?" he asked.
"My name is Don Hansen."
"Yeah? Where do you live?"
"I live at 34 Mowbray Blvd, Vaucluse, a yellow house,
with my black Beamer parked in front."
He said, "I'm coming over right now, Don.
And you had better start saying your prayers."
I said, "Yeah, like I'm really scared," and hung up.
Then I called Idiot>>#2.
"Hello?" he said.
"Hello, Idiot," I said.
He yelled, "If I ever find out who you are..."
"You'll what?" I said.
"I'll kick your butt," he exclaimed.
I answered, "Well, Idiot, here's your chance. I'm
coming over right now."
Then I hung up and immediately called the police,
saying that I lived at 34 Mowbray Blvd, Vaucluse, and
that I was on my way home to kill my gay lover.
Then I called Channel 9 News about the gang war going
down in Mowbray Blvd, Vaucluse.
I quickly got into my car and headed over to Mowbray.
I got there just in time to watch two idiots beating
the crap out of each other in front of six cop cars,
an overhead police helicopter and a news crew.
NOW I feel much better.

My company is a startup company. However, it is a company with "BIG" profit and revenue. I need about $5,000,000 to make a purchase that will make up to $350,000,000. Yes, I said three hundred and fifty million in profit. Any investor or finance company would be really helpful. The problem I am coming into is that my ex has messed up my personal credit. I don't have time to rebuild my personal credit. Also trying to keep my personal credit and Business credit separate.

Im trying to better myself, Im told I might have a short amount of time to live because of the lessening activity in my lungs and kidneys.At the same time,My boyfriend of four months proposed valentines day and his best friend is in love with me.I feel confused.One of my best friends died the thirteenth and I had to go to her funeral Wednesday.She had helped me and my boyfriend get together.Ive lived in Tennessee for seven months now.I deal with chronic and manic depression plus on top of that being bipolar.I dont like to depend on meds for my mental state of mind.But I have to take meds for my health.My parents ,hmph wow they just dont care they tell me Im only being used for a deductible on taxs,so what can I say,Ive been abused since the age of two,been in and out with my stepdad because of my parents and my parents love to confuse me with one day being nice the next day physical or mentally abusive.Right now Im about to face death,well possibly, why is this all happening at once?
