I've been eatting no breakfest [ yeah I know] and at like 2-3PM, I eat a tuna sandwhich with a DR. Pepper and for dinner, I usually eat the same thing I had for lunch or some left over spagetti with a Dr.Pepper.. Keep in mind, I've been going on the treadmill for 25minutes since yesterday and I'll do my today's excercise at like 9:00PM.

Will I look slimmer and feel like I lost weight on Monday when I go in for a meeting for behavior school?

Well, I don't know much about weight loss but I do know two facts that'll help:

Eating a good breakfast will boost your metabolism

and if you drink a regular carbonated drink everyday for a year, you'll gain ten pounds. Think of what two will do :(

no, cut out the doctor pepper, eat a light breakfast and make sure the sandwhich is healthy too

try to eat breakfast and lunch instead of lunch and dinner
if you eat before going to sleep you will still gain some fat.

yes, but eat it in moderation, and drink water instead of Dr. paper.

soda and weightloss dont go together
and eat breakfast, itll boost your metabolism to lose weight
