I've been eatting no breakfest [ yeah I know] and at like 2-3PM, I eat a tuna sandwhich with a DR. Pepper and for dinner, I usually eat the same thing I had for lunch or some left over spagetti with a Dr.Pepper.. Keep in mind, I've been going on the treadmill for 25minutes since yesterday and I'll do my today's excercise at like 9:00PM.
Will I look slimmer and feel like I lost weight on Monday when I go in for a meeting for behavior school?
