I chart bbt and cm. This cycle I had 4 (!) days of eggwhite cm and we did the deed on the 2nd day. We didn't get another chance because he went out of town.
6 days later (dpo) my temps jumped .4 degrees and has stayed high (this is a lot higher than normal).
I am now 10 dpo and feel like crap. I am wondering becuase I heard that when pregnancy happens, you temps raise but I'm wondering if this is true.

yes, I was charting BBT when I got pregnant with my son ... I actually thought I was charting wrong, because my temp went up and stayed up. I also felt awful during the first trimester of my first pregnancy--on days I could get away with it, I literally slept twenty hours!!

Good luck!
