A person rides on a Ferris wheel that rotates with constant angular speed. If the Sun is directly overhead, does the person's shadow on the ground undergo periodic motion? Does it undergo simple harmonic motion? Explain.

A motion that repeats itself over and over is referred to as periodic motion. A particular type of periodic motion is simple harmonic motion. An example of this is the oscillation of a mass attached to a spring. Simple harmonic motion does not require mass. It so happens that a particular mass/force situation results in simple harmonic motion. However, if the movement of anything obeys x=A sin(Bt) then it is SHM. If a person rides on a Ferris wheel that rotates with constant angular speed and the Sun is directly overhead, the person’s shadow would undergo periodic motion. The shadow undergoes periodic motion, with the same period as the period of the Ferris wheel’s rotation.

So I was looking up various words in the dictionary the other day and I came to the word "unbe." It was used in the following sentence... "How oft, with danger of the field beset, Or with home mutinies, would he unbe Himself! --Old Pay."

Can someone tell me where this sentence came from and who is "Old Pay"
I have searched everywhere for this author? book title? or what ever it is and can not find a thing one it. This sentence definately sounds Old English or something of the sorts. Someone please help me!

Hi. A little over a year ago I had my top two wisdom teeth out. It was a terrible experience as both of the teeth cracked and half of one receeded into my gumline while the dentist had to have his assistant hold down my head while he knelt on the bed and used both his hands to pull out the other tooth!! I always had a small gap between my front teeth but now they are spreading even furthur apart and what was never a problem has become a problem. I visited the same dentist as the spreading started right after the wisdom teeth extraction and he claimed the two events were not related. My front teeth ache constantly now since they are moving more and more everyday - they are starting to look bad and I can get my tongue in between them!! So my question is two fold: 1) was the dentist just covering his *** when he said the extraction has nothing to do with my teeth spreading now after being in the same place for 23 years? and 2) Should I go to an orthodontist

i remember as a kid watching a movie about a clown (NOT THE MOVIE IT) and he was stuffing dead bodies in cotton candy, thats the only scene i remember from the movie.
