CROOKED, DIRTY JUDGES! Every day there is more and more evidence of CROOKED, DIRTY JUDGES on the bench. They have started giving out petty sentences for the most heineous crimes. How can we get them off of the bench?

Read my blog.I went up against a 450 lb.pig on the bench for 14 1/2 years.Slimy bastard is off the bench for life now in NYS.But,the blatant bastards have what is called Judicial Immunity,enough to make you sick to your stomach.
You can do as I did and file charges with your States Judicial Conduct Board.If they feel you have grounds they will investigate,then you get your day in court against him.The slime I went against resigned in lieu of testifying in his own defense.I now belong to jail4judges.org.We want the laws changed to make them held accountable like all of us are to the letter of the law.

Well, ya gotta look at the bright side if they stay on the bench they can't play in the game?
On the other hand make sure ya vote, it is very hard to remove a judge from office. Gotta figure they were elected there and the same group of people that put them there would have to turn against that judge.
I just have a little since of humor, there are ways to do it, but it is a difficult task.

Exposure is the only way and that is difficult for the politicians of both parties, by party discipline, refuse to investigate the corrupt judges: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NCYBk4LOLU8 and related videos, (under FBI DoJ Corruption Judges Bush tags which will help you find it if link is blocked here) on the same page to see how ensconced the FBI and DoJ are in their positions of non-enforcement against judges.
Corrupt judges cost hundreds of billions of dollars in extra insurance premiums, increased cigarette costs (the tobacco 1/2 trillion dollars of state settlements were a farce and is only being paid for by the smokers not the companies), increased prices due to corrupt judgments in favor of corrupt lawyers and their unknowing clients.

we have a judge that has been found to be under the influence of illegal drugs yet he still sits on the bench presiding over would you believe drug court. he has the authority to punish others while being guilty of the same thing. only difference is classification in the community. we have the right to vote them off the bench but the only other way is that the scandal has to be bigger than their position in power and they resign.

have you ever been arrested in Mexico? or the Philippines? well I have had my experience and I will take our Judges over these countries any time...you only know what you see and hear...in the United States we like to put our dirty linen out where everybody can see it..this graft and corruption is in most of the countries of the world and only the people with power and influence is above the law..money talks..
