Some keitai have alarms... I guess you could set the alarm to make the same sound as your ringtone. Just who are you trying to impress? Are you visiting your parents soon or what?
...Actually, I have an even better idea. Ask someone to do a complicated task for you at a certain time, and tell them to call your keitai if they have any problems. If the task is complicated enough, they'll call several times... just make sure to take the call away from whoever you're trying to trick.
Of course, the best solution is just to make friends.

Don't try to invent pretend friends to impress people, you will only fall on your face and end up looking worse.
