The sensation of being warm in a hot tub while outside in the cold air is really awesome...the contrast alone is fun and the experience is very sensual, in the best sense of the word. You'll be warm as long as you're in the water, even if you're not completely submerged across your chest. The water has an overall warming effect.
You'll even stay warm if you get out walk back to your house while you're still naked...the warmth will stay with you for this short time, and the cold air will feel interesting against your warm skin.

turn up the temperature to 104*, wear a touque or towel on ur head, run like hell to the house when u get out, don't slip. and dont forget a hand towel for the doorknob, you wouldnt want to get your fingers frozen to it...been there, done that! Have fun
