I'm always hearing english words in Japenese songs and stuff. Is that just modern day western influence? I can't immagine latin-based words being present in an eastern language. Do they just *sound* like english words?

I had my son almost 4 weeks ago and had some questions that I am hoping that someone can answer. I just want to know how common things were with you, I will be asking my doctor also, but just want to hear what was normal for you all, drs usually only say, "everone is different". These questions may be a bit weird too.

1. How soon after having your baby did you stop bleeding?
2. When does your actual menstral cycle start after having your baby?
3. After having an episiotomy, how long do the stitches usually take to come completely out?

I'm a business major so obviously there are many presentations and group projects involved. I was always pretty confident in my presentations. I've gotten nervous but it always went away quickly once I started. I even spoke to large groups of people at a school assemblies before. I even gave a presentation on bankruptcy laws and regulations which I knew nothing about and I still got the highest grade. I am taking currently taking a class that is considered to be the hardest class in our business adminstration department. I had the easiest speech ever...it was a self introduction. I started out articulate and confident and 30 seconds into it I started noticing my neck tensing up and my head started to shake like I was laying on those soft massaging chairs. I had to take a deep breath & I blanked out for a good 3 seconds then I was a better throughout the rest of my presentation but it still wasn't as smooth as the rest of my speeches. What could have triggered my tremor out of nowhere?

i have taken it before and it gives me energy and makes me not hungry . it makes my heart beat really fast , does that mean its making my metabolism higher ? because usually my heartbeat is abnormally slow because of the thyroid thing and i cant lose any weight no matter what i do . the thyroid tablets im on now dont do anything . so my question is , does duromine actually speed up the metabolism ? thanks for your answers :)

Anderson was one of my favorite all time players. I was just looking at his stats, and noted that in 1996 he hit 50 homers and had 110 rbi. His second highest yearly hr total was 24, and rbi total was 81! Has anyone heard any explanation for that one monster power year?
I am not accusing him, I loved the way he played, but cannot wrap my brain around that year he had... any thoughts?

I slipped on a patch of ice in a municipal parking lot and broke my leg. There were witnesses (who drove me to the e/r). I called the town to report the accident, and they stated that since this was an act of "mother nature" they were not responsible. I lost 1 month from work, and have paid out a few hundred dollars in doctors bills, etc. I don't want to "sue the town" for a large settlement; I only want to get back the money I lost. Any suggestions other than hiring an attorney to do it for me? I don't want to seem like a sleazy gold-digger. Thanks!
