Ok im a trainee project analyst, I joined the company in June last year, then it got taken over in July and my trainer went of sick in September for two months! Now she's left In January! So Ive not really had much training, Its only me and her in the group..while she was off sick, i MANAGED and i was told this by her. mt probation perios ends on Monday..i got a letter saying im having a meeting with HR cuse they feel i have not preformed in this role. Yet my ex boss has always said I have done well and i have emails to prove it. They are just trying to fire me, but instead of saying please go they are undermining my work! what should i ask in this meeting? what should I DO? Its poss they will let me go on Monday! Please help!
