Buddhism makes no claim or disclaim of god(s).
(they are not atheistic...that would require a belief)

Siddharta Gautama...the Buddha...was not a god. He said do not worship him or his teachings - and said himself he was not a god. He was simply a man showing a way to overcome suffering.

So most of your question can not be answered.

Buddhism does not believe people are evil. They all have the nature and potential to be Enlightened. At our core we are good - but we have much ignorance and misconception clouding this.

sweetie, Buddhism is a non-theistic belief system. They don't have a god.
They follow the teachings of Buddha also known as Siddhārtha Gautama . He was a spiritual teacher from ancient India and the historical founder of Buddhism.

God is one. People who donot know it fool themselves by calling it Buddhist, christian, Muslim or any other God.

God is all pervading, stainless, immutable, formless, unconditioned, pure consciousness, permanent without change.
