Yes do it it will smother you all over,but the smell is not nice.Sorry but its true.

Foam parties are a lot of fun. I had a blast at several in college. Yes it comes off your clothes fine b/c essentially it is just soapy water. It's really slippery though.
But no it has nothing to do with firemen practicing. It has to do with a fantasy about you in a bathtub. If you are the only one invited, they just want to know if you are easy. If it's a big party and everyone is invited, go and have a blast.
