I've always had this problem. Where my earlobe meets the side of my face has a small split, that crusts a lots but never seems to heal. Its been like this for years and I'm not sure what it is. Any ideas on how to fix this or why its doing this?

My grandmother ate chocolate (individual wrapped) from valentine's day and experienced throwing up and diarreah, I had ate it before and I didn't experience it at all. Three days ago, I ate 3 pieces of the candy and around 1 AM that same morning I woke up unable to control myself throwing up, nausea, and diarreah, the remainder of the day, I layed in bed and I couldn't even get up to shower or use the bathroom by myself. Once I tried to take a bath my heartraced and my head felt like it was beating out of control. I thought I was better yesterday, went out for a bit, around 9 PM I started getting sick again, slept, woke up this morning drove to school, my vision got blurry, my muslces are sore and my eyelids won't stay open. Going to doctor today, any suggestions on what type or whatelse it could be would be helpful. Serious answers only please, Thank you.
